This season at Yugen Tea Bar, we’re bringing that spirit to our reimagined afternoon high tea. Savour the comforting crunch of a Coleslaw Sando, chilli prawn popcorn, karaage chicken and caviar sliders, and Colonel's 11 herbs and spices tart with bonito cream. 

Then comes the classic kurisumasu keki (strawberry shortcake), alongside a spiced apple crumble tart, dark chocolate and vanilla mousse, maple choux bun, and more.
